Rotherham Lacemakers meet on Monday evenings ......
. . . during term time at Clifton Comprehensive School, Middle Lane, Rotherham from 7.00 - 9.00 p.m.
The aim of the group is to take pleasure from making lace and also to enjoy each others' company in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
As well as our weekly meetings, we attend various local functions during the year to demonstrate lacemaking, and also enjoy occasional trips together to Lace Fairs and Exhibitions, etc.
As an independently run group, we are responsible for funding our premises and teacher. We pay an annual subscription at the beginning of the Autumn term, which can be paid pro rata for new members joining during the year.
